Natural Clay Soap

Clay Soap is good for de-toxifying oily skin. This soap has a smooth creamy lather and an astringent (pore closing) effect on our skin. Clay soaps are very good for oily skin and to reduce “sheen” (excessive oil production) on the face.

Ingredients

Because of its super absorbing capabilities, Bentonite is a great clay for oily skin since it can suck up all that excess sebum easily. Not only that, but it has electric properties that when mixed with water makes the molecules charged and attracts toxins out of your face and to the clay kind of like a magnet. This also goes for any skin ailments involving bacteria and fungus (also impurities) like psoriasis and eczema. Since Bentonite clay swells when mixed with water, making it a highly porous substance, it can absorb more than its initial mass, including any swelling from excess sodium in your face.

Fullers Earth Clay is a great oil-absorber on top of working well for addressing hyperpigmention, as it has mild bleaching properties. This clay is slightly more absorbent and exfoliating but still remains gentle enough for sensitive skin, thus can be more circulation-boosting.

Base Ingredients used are : Saponified Olive Oil, Saponified Coconut Oil, Saponified Sunflower Oil, Saponified Sesame Oil, Saponified Rice Bran Oil, Saponified Soybean Oil, Saponified Castor Oil, Saponified Palm Oil,  Shea Butter, Lye, Glycerin and Milk.

All of our products are free of artificial colors, fragrances, preservatives or any synthetics.

We use Rosemary Extract as an optional natural preservative. We also use natural colorants (optional) only.
